It really is very nice. It doesn't weigh hair down at all, and you need very little. It improves how your hair looks instantly.

The oil is very good, the packaging just isn't very convenient — you have to use it very carefully, it tips over easily and spills.

The product is wonderful, but the packaging isn't. Since the product is fairly runny, a lot of it spills out if the bottle tips over. It's also very easy to screw the cap on wrong — almost the entire product leaked out while I was traveling, which was such a shame.

I really love the oil, but every time I've bought it I end up spilling half of it :( You should change the packaging. It's inconvenient to use — tilt the dispenser slightly wrong when you set it down and it instantly tips over and the product spills...

The oil really is very good, I have fine hair and it doesn't make it greasy — it's hard to find a hair oil like this, and one bottle would last a really long time if it didn't spill. I'm begging you, please change that terrible bottle. This is the second time I've spilled the oil; the first bottle never closed tightly, so putting it in a bag meant it leaked over the edge, and the second bottle I just brushed with a finger and that was it. No matter how careful I am, it's super light so you have to handle it super carefully. It breaks my heart to be buying my third bottle in six months :(

The bottle unscrews too easily and leaks, I can't carry it with me.

My hair is short — it softens and flattens it too much, even using just a few drops. I feel like it's better suited to people with long hair. I gave it to my granddaughter, who has long hair, and it works for her.

Maybe I'm using the wrong amount, but when I put half a pipette on washed hair and blow-dry it, my hair looks greasy, like it hasn't been washed. My hair is shoulder-length
